LeeU Chapel Podcasts

In this Lee University podcast episode, Dr. Phil Cook blends humor, personal family stories, and biblical insight to encourage students not to “hate the wait” in their lives. Drawing from Isaiah 40:31, he talks about trusting God’s timing, doing the daily work in front of you, worshiping in seasons of uncertainty, and finding strength in community.

In this Lee University podcast episode, Missions Week features a storyteller and missions leader from Far Flung Tin Can, Kyle Philippi. Drawing from his own journey from aspiring filmmaker to mission organization founder, he challenges students to ask, “What is in your hand?” and shows how everyday skills, like video, teaching, engineering, or nursing, can be used to advance the Great Commission. With vivid stories from the Amazon, Africa, and Peru, he contrasts the difficulties of missions 100 years ago with today’s unprecedented access to travel, technology, and fundraising, inviting every listener to see their gifts as part of God’s epic story.
